Ippon conducted a facilitated workshop to recalibrate the Enterprise Bank’s data strategy. The sessions focused on a current-state retrospective and 360º view of the organization’s data use cases. Next, Ippon helped refine the long-term data vision of the organization, and how the data team could better align to and enable that vision. After the sessions, Ippon developed several strategic deliverables including:

• A comprehensive revised 3-year data roadmap including data architecture, BI & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Governance projects
• A teaming strategy
• General guidance on navigating the current data tool marketplace
